[Idea] World/Model Editing Update Server

After changing my realmlist a couple hundred times, I thought about the us.version.worldofwarcraft.com section. I was thinking, and it came to my head, "Whey doesn't someone make a update server like blizzard so people can send out world/model edits to people on their private servers, with out the players having to manually download things?".

I personally am not going to make such a thing, but I believe someone with the knowledge and the will should examine WoW's client, and build one. I think it would help out lots of people who are trying to implement world/model on their private servers. Yes we would have to build a torrent client from scratch, and also teach people how to host torrents, but it should help people in the long run, and make things on private servers seem a little more professional.

Just a few points from what I've said:
I am not going to make an update server.
I am not asking anyone to make a server, I'm just putting out an idea.

this will probably be a standard option on emulators in mather of time... will be hard though... probably a seperated "patch-server" ...
