Need help with account creation page!

I am using AC-web 7.1 repack and may only connect to my web page with my internal ip. I have done everything that I was told to do in the guides and no one can connect to my web page. Help please!

Open XAMPP and go to localhost.... like The browser is not supported. and there's your laptop

I just use what they gave me on AC-Web repack 7.1

He uses Apache from Ac-Web repack, you dont need any other programes
Ac-Web comes with everything, Website that you can run of your Computer
its on MYSQL its on Database, Everything
