Is there any hosting company that i can use to host my sever side content for my private wow server?

lol you can always buy a dedicated server somewhere... but i advice you to ask people with experience in this how to secure etc....
Kandyman from B-WoW would be a good guy to ask..but i am sure there are other people here who can give you tips
