Is it a way to change weather after i have used a portal?

Hey there.
Well the Title says that i was thinking on to sey here..but but.
Just read the Title

So,is it a way?
I want to have it like,when i use a portal to altrac valley and when i get there,its starts to snow.

Yes, you could go into Database
and find the Table called "Weather"
Find the Map Id for Av or make it
And put it down for snow

4 = Rain
8 = Snow
16 = Sandstorm (Don't work)

oh,well i have some more than just that, here is my table:

Zoneid,high_chance,high_type,med_change,med_type,low_change,low_type
well i think the zoneid is the mapid. but all the other`s i dont know.
do you know what to do?
