looking for some help on publicness

well, ive tried almost all the guides to make your ascent server public w.o hamachi, and they work for my lan, but not for other people, and i was just wondering if someone could pm me there aim/msn if they are experienced with this sorta stuff

What have you tried and how exactly did you do it?

Use the search function, theres a couple guides on how to use a dynamic IP although if your using vista its a bit diffrent.

well, i tried all the dynamic ip tutorials, but they all seem to be crap, I am trying to completely forget about hamachi and not even think of going that route, and i am using vista if any1 could post why/how it is different.
