Possible to add music files that can be called up?

Ok so I have a lil idea for something to do on a server i'm working on and Part of it is just a big party with some events and what not and well I want to be able to call up some music to play through the game like you would do to play a sound to all players....i realize this would have to be in my database somewhere on the server if it's possible at all or would I have to do a custom mpq for everyone to dl in order for this to work? I guess what I'm asking is there any way to do this with out making a custom mpq file?

If the song already exists in Wow then its just a .playall <#> command, however if it's not already in WoW it requires some client side editing and of course, downloads for your players.

k thanks that's what I figured I just wanted to check and make sure I wasn't requiring users to dl something when it wasn't necessary.
