need help with Apache Imporatant!!!

what do you think of this:
(OS1004Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port)is normally permitter. : make_sock:could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443 no listening sockets avalible,shutting down
Unable to open logs.
What should i do?Please help urgent.

Change your config files. if it seems ok You might have 2 Apache running if so use run services.msc to turn it off (windows)
