[QUESTION] How do you make a 2.2 private server?

The title says it all, how is there a way to make a private 2.2 server? If there is, could someone direct me to a threat on how to do this? I tried searching, but I only found things for public emu servers. I havn't got a clue on anything about private servers, so I'd really appreciate it if people could help me. Thanks in advance!

ok this will be fun ok go out an find your basic repack for this one i will use julienx's repack v5 credit goes to him for the repack and guide included with it at this link http://www.mmowned.com/forums/emulat...repack-v5.html

nex you will ned to get it to run depending on how you want to run it you can use himachi or you can use a dyndns

once you get your server up and runing all you have to do is change yourlogonserver .conf files where it sez
<Client MinBuild = "6739"
MaxBuild = "6898"> <--------change the red to 100000 witch will make it work with all current patches as well as upcomeing ones

I have found through trying this , that with Mangos , it is the realm or realmd that determines what build connects.I am currently running Aurille's repack for 2.1.3 program + DB but am using a realm or realmd program +DB from Reaper-X modified to work with 2.2 . When ever someone using 2.2 connects you will get some error's such as "unknown op-code" and a few others and it doesn,t support the features of 2.2 but it will allow both 2.2 and 2.1.3 WoW clients to connect.
