microsoft Visual Studios ERROR help PLEASE

Errior :
The Upgrade Patch Cannot be installed by windows installer service because the program to be upgraded mat be missins , or the upgrade patch mat update a diffrent version of the program verify that the program to be upgrade exists on your computer and that u have the correct upgrade patch.

HELP ME PLEASSE :confused:

ae u sure you have the correct upgrade patch?
are u sure you have the correct visual sudio?
are u sure you have visual studio?
maybe you have to upgrade to some other patch and then to that one... check versions etc..
