I doubt anyone has updated my patch since they moved to git so you would have to manually apply and the best public emulator atm would be trinitycore.

I am not sure, this is really old dude. You should look for something different now because this will be hard to find. If you need a real estate website you can just go to https://connectedinvestors.com and do whatever you need there. When my mother needed someone to sell her house to I just joined the group from her place and it was really easy to find a buyer. Just go there man, I am sure that you will find something that you will like. There is no way you will be able to do what you want on places like here with info this old...
