OMG, need help, antrix server, new patch problems

I recently downloaded the new patch with the chat option and so have a few of my players but we CANNOT play because when we try to log in it says: file corruption and says I may have a corrupt file in my WoW folder, i realize this may be a problem when trying to correspond with my database but how can i fix it?

if u're talking about the game version thingy just go to your logonserver.conf and scroll down change maxbuild 2 this
