LF pvp challenge

Hello,
I have played 1.12.1 aka vanilla WoW for the last 4 years but decided to completely turn my back to this version of WoW after getting banned since I wont have the time to go through the gearing process again.

Since I never played BC, WotLK or Cata at a higher level I would like to ask which of those addons is the best if you only go for arena.
In addition I need a server where all you have to do is go online and PvP. I dont have time for attending raids on fixed times or anything else.
Just buy gear and pvp the casual way.

My first thought is playing on the bc realm of arena-tournament since I have good memorys about this addon.
Does anyone else have any good hints?

you should try out wotlk/cata on Arena-Tournament | Where the Challenge Begins they balance the game better then blizzard along with a nice community and you pretty much get your gear handed to you with the new NPC template where you (as a mage) can just click on fire option with different builds or paladin specs etc and you get the best gear/enchants for just that!

Wotlk would be the best if you're aiming for balanced PvP, specifically the arena tournament server mentioned above.
