Non-Donate to win server

Does anyone know of a server that doesn't have donate to win (or where it doesn't affect gameplay extremely)?

I am looking for a pvp server but every server is plagued with donators with +9999 gear.

If not, does anyone know of a server that is fun with jumping puzzles etc?

Bump! I remember playing on a really fun level 70 server that had cool GM's who would make jumping puzzles and give out prizes and stuff was really fun.
