Account Creation Site

Can somebody please post a full guide on how to make an account creationn site. Including what you need, how to run the programs you need (if it doesn't run automatically), how to configure files, etc. And please don't make a post saying to go to one, there are no full guides on this site. I need one that is very detailed and will explain from scratch how to make one. Or if you'd rather talk me through it through vent, that would be good too.

Banksey I saw that, incase you have alzheimers I was the one who commented underneath you. I said do not post a guide thats on here because they are not very detailed. So, I suggest you learn to read. As for Seeyah, what do I do after, when I type in my dynamic dns (which is my realmlist btw) it comes up with WAMP5 Homepage. Oh and I should have mentioned that I have ascent rev 1220. Will it work w/ ascent also? Or no?
