Learning C++

I have all of the basics down, really...
For loops, while loops, if statements, functions/calling functions, and of course variables.
But I don't really know how to apply it to ArcEmu. Can anyone be so kind as to give me some tasks to do that would help me learn C++ with ArcEmu hooks and whatnot?

When I learnt to use my abilities in C++ with ArcEmu. I simply watched and learned.
Ever heard of the saying:

monkey see -> monkey do

There is also some guides here at mmowned about how to apply your own script into ArcEmu. You could use those to apply your script.
To learn the API of ArcEmu, simply look in the core -> Track functions, see how they function.

Start scripting creatures. Core is probably too hard for now.

I have the same problem, I can't script bosses in any core because I really can't learn that easily anymore, could anyone post a thread of how to script a boss--dungeon--raid, or something like that? I recall looking at a thread earlier that said how to script custom bosses & stuff, but I can't find it now even after using the search function... x.o

The only way is to really look & learn, trial & error. That's how I did it, and I can script any boss now without any problem.

using the "show all references" in visual studio really help you explore what functions do/how to use them etc.
