What Emulator best i use for server Wotlk???
Arcemu & Aspire are both great in their own rights.
A lot of people in the devteam at ArcEmu have a "OMFG U R NOOB!" 14 year old attitude though. Don't ask them for help with anything..and if you report bugs don't bother looking at the post to see responses, just pretend they said "thank you" and added them to the list. Looking through the changelog is like watching 8 year olds argue which color lego is the right one to top off a spaceship.
..but I still must give them credit for making a good emu. I love it and they've done a GREAT job. ArcEmu in my personal opinion is the best 3.0.3 emulator out there.

To be honest as stated there both good emulators, arcemu is based of ascent but that does not mean that ascent is better or aspire is better, just means which one can you mod the best to make it the best for your personal server.
If you need me you have my skype, if you don't have my skype then you don't need me.
tbh ive never used aspire but arcemu is gd imo
Indeed.. It's not a development team. It's a bunch of kids copy-pasting code from other emulators and reverting each others commits and arguing in the changelog. And yet people think it's the "best emu" and uses it because of lua support. Just look:
learn to copy paste + compileReverted this, if it isn't broken don't fix it.* Are you freaking retarded? Go learn c++ before you break things./facepalmIt's ridiculous..Please don't touch what you don't understand!
Yeah... ArcEmu seems to be the more popular emu.
I can say though, it is the easiest to set up... although from what i've played on Aspire Hearthstone is the least buggiest and works the best IF you can get it up and running and functional (Which is days or work unless you can find a decent repack not using those retarded batch SQL's)
Actually, just because PART of the development team well.. isn't on the ball doesn't mean they all are. Zack and SB@L seem to be the only one who knows what their doing though... the project went wrong when they started giving people SVN access when they don't know C++, how to code properly, or just don't know what to do.
I would scratch aspire and arcemu and even ascent. Go mangos for the best blizzlike, there the oldest (retained name) and last time I checked least buggiest. Still a nightmare to do anything custom on there and if it buggers up then it's hard to fix, it's also quite hard to maintain. Still, mangos has the most working last time I checked.
agreed with 2d and Aznex =P

To Quote Calek,
IMO Mangos' is great if your first starting out for the emulation of WoW. It is easy to set up.Arcemu & Aspire are both great in their own rights.

ArcEmu Is a little advanced but still good to use the GM commands how ever are hard. But Keazain seems to know what he is doing on that just give him time.
Now neither emulator I used has a working Death Knight Quest Chain. It's a nightmare just to get the sword and move on.
But if I was to choose, I would say ArcEmu is good for stability.
Agree with nickelo :P
I use ArcEmu because it's stable and easy to use, and easy to make a webpage to...
