can someone give me a real guide on how to make more that 1 realm??

can some one give me a real guide on how to make more than one realm on a private server cause there r millions of guides on how to but they all diffrnt so i dont wanna read them and find out the one i tried dosnt work so i have put everything back to how it was then next one the samething happens untill i find 1 that work and
i dont mean like more than 1 realm and they the same i mean a second realm that like when i first made first one so like basicly i can have diffrnt gameobjects items characters and so on a completely diffrnt realm please help me
