[Help] How to get members to a highrate blizzlike server???

Hi members of mmowned i wanted to know how could i draw members to my server i got the voting things and wowstatus etc feels like toxic-wow and wowscape stole all the damn highrate lovers (14x) Please help me because i have pulling my hair out for the last 6 days over this!

I own few rather successful servers with combined peaks >300.
1. Work in = Players in; The more work you put into your server, the more players you will get.
2. Offer something different, not a high-rate blizzlike any jackass can make that.
3. Advertising, XtremeTop100.com - Gaming top 100 list is a good one.
