I was wondering if it was possible to take the Game Objects I found in WoW Model Viewer, and get there display ID's, so i could make my own Game object. One of the game object files i found was "ogremound.m2" and all the other files are m2.

can anyone tell me?
yes use "my warcraft studio" to find out the id
-·=»‡«=·- Soul02 -·=»‡«=·-
will that get the display ID?
If you use MyWarcraftStudio and you open up patch.mpq or something, go to DBfilesclient and find gameobject_names. Then type the name of the GO in WoW Model Viewer into the find menu, but note, some items will not work. The DisplayID is the number to the left of the name!
I open up common.mpq in MyWarcraftStudio, then i go to the World folder, and inside that folder I click the AZEROTH folder, inside that folder I open up Duskwood, and then i see "Ogermound.m2" is there a way i can get that objects display ID?
MyWarcraftStudio-> Open up "local-enUS.mpq"
Then look in the Directory called DBFilesClient and open up GameObjectDisplayInfo.dbc
Search for your gameobject and the displayid will be located on the left.
By the way, that gameobject does not have a displayId. No, you can't make one for it.
