[HELP]please read database problem

Hello, i have downloaded newest legendary database and it is 150mb sql text folder. when i try to execute that file in my sql yog its like executing for 15mins and program crashes. can someone tell me how to execute this databases?

what are you using to accesses your Mysql?

sqlyog enterprise, and i use acweb ultimate repack 7.7 it has installed mysql, so i use ac web mysql....

try downloading Navicat and Extract the DB

Edit: and also how much ram do you have on you computer i ran a 160Mb Db in 3mins
