[Help] Bugged quest ??

I am curious on how to fix broken quests such as this one:

Filling the Soul Gem
Progress
Yenniku stands stunned before you, his mind in another place... Soul Gem

Rewards
You will receive: Filled Soul Gem

Completion
You place the Soul Gem upon his forehead. He shudders as his soul is sucked in, leaving his body, a mindless husk, behind.

I am supposed to use this soul gem on Yenniku, in return I am supposed to get a filled soul gem back. Can someone who has this quest working on there Ascent - 2.4 version, show me what the SQL line should look like for this particular quest to work? Or where ever it's located to fix it?

In the Sql file shows PrevQuestID 591, NextQuestID 592, ScrItem 3912, ReqID1 3913


Quest ID# 593 Filling the Soul Gem

In the Sql file shows PrevQuestID 592, NextQuestID 0, ScrItem 0, ReqID1 3912



I am not sure this information is correct. I was hoping that someone has this quest working correctly on their Ascent 2.4 server and could tell me if it's correct. I might even be looking in the wrong place to fix this also.
