friends cant get on (its not the handshaking probleme)

ok i have just finished getting my server non hamachi and so far there have been alot of people who can get on but some people cant. these 5 people who are using trials acant logon accept for one of the, they all downloaded wow the same way and when they try and log on they get this:

it says   your account is a fulll reatail acount, and is not compatible with the wow trail version. please install the retail version of wow if you need more hepl visit www.worldofwarcraft.com/support/trail/]

anyways im completly stumped on this i have doen many things to try and fix it.

1. They dont have TBC since there just normal trials and i made suer to make there gm: 0 and not 8

2. i have told them to disable there firewalls to make sure they werent missing ports

tell them to install wow the FULL version from a torrent or something, trail ersion WoW is different from FULL version

that trail version is like a demo version of a game, it does not have the FULL version

It's not the gm that should be 0/8. Its the flags.

Did they edit ..\World of warcraft\realmlist.wtf line:
SET realmList "IP.OF.THE.SERVER"

Well if not that might be the problem.
