Hello im making a private server, so far its working pretty good, also publically, except for one thing, there is no quests, none at all, what to do?

i tryed to change database, but absolutely same problem, i can't believe that 3 different databases can have precisely same bugg, i only changed the ascent db though

Isn't it AC-web that got this problem? If you are using this repack (and can't compile your own) you could downlod another one Or find a guide to compile
