[HELP!!!] Need help making public [Help!!!]

IIve been trying to make my server public for the last two hours,
I have finally come to the conclusion I must ask for help.
I can log on, but others cant.
I figured it was not allowing there ip... so i went into logon ascent thing.
It says :

What should it be?

im not sure what it should be but it works for me :P

Change to:

AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.0/24"
AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.0/24">
