NPC appears as a box

I have a wierd problem plus rep for some help

well i have vendors ids starting from 50000 to 50900

i switched to 4541 revision and buy some crazy unknown reason.

half of my vendors appear as boxes.

i compared those that appear in boxes towards those that do not. 100% identical values in proto and names??!!!

can someone tell me wth in a worl is i am doing wrong?

i had this problem, check that male display 2 & female display 2 are on 0 instead of 1
It worked for me after that, yours might be diff prob but

What brock said. Make sure that all other display id fields are 0

i already figured it out, like you said should change 1 to 0..
