when i am trying to send mail i get Internal Mail Database error

run the core through the command console otherwise known and referred to as DOS, and see if it gives you an error there, if it does, post it here, if not, then you either don't have enough money to send the letter (make sure mailign costs for gm's is desabled.) Or, you are trying to send it with a broken db connection, or something is missing fromt he database.
not a lot of possibilities there.
