ascent-logonserver error

[vampllama]

whenever i try to start "ascent-logonserver.exe" i get this error:

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect."

Any ideas as to what might be wrong are greatly appreciated!

I've checked and re-checked and checked again the .CONF file and I'm pretty sure everything is right, but just to be 100% positive I'll quote it here:

Do you have .NET 3.5?

you will need .net framework 3.5 as said or try another core
