How to make a ascent server from scratch?

how can u make a server form scratch

because I tryed other guydes but the links are out of date so they dont work i need a up to date guide that i can follow to make a server from scratch NOT SOMEONE ELSES REPACK!!!!

So do you want a core or a blizzlike DB? Get tortoise svn and then get uncompiled core here: http://mmoforge.org/svn/ascent/
and for NCDB (blizzlike DB) the svn is: Revision 15: /

Username for both is: anonymous
No password

It's just a guide from ac-web, it helps just have a look at it.

Just use the AC-web guide but use Navicat instead of SQLyog. There's nothing different between a guide for compiling ascent that you get from AC-web and one that you get from MMOwned except the person who posted it. Compiling ascent is always the same.
