[Help] Website Designer

Im Looking for a site that designs websites for you. I need one for my server that is unique ( Which is why I want a designer ) I don't want the site to cost much but I do want it to be quite extraordinary and include things like music.


Can anyone post some links to websites that offer this. Or if anyone is interested in making one for me ( Will be a developer on StaticX ( a server that was once very popular and is now being revived ))

I can try and make one for you if you want, i've started going into that sort of stuff and i think some of the websites ive made look alright.
