[Question] how to make custom NPCS?

Topic, by which I mean, how to pick what they look like, what armor they're wearing, what weapon they're using, etc. This has been annoying me for a while, and I need to know :confused:

you cant change the armor they are wearing unless you can ME it

Well you can try find a display id and then morph him to that using navicat or sqlyog.

Most NPC models wear armor parts that are available ingame. While you can't place your own custom armor without some sort of model editing, you can go through the models and find one you like.
