Need help making a server

Hi i am new to making servers and all and have tried many time and have problems making them, is there someone that could make a program or a pack that makes it on it's own and tell's me in plain english what to do to start it.

If you want some info I work on a HP dv9000, i use wireless internet, i use wow 2.4 patched but can downgrade if someone can help out, and also if i get it i may need some coders cause i have tons of great idea's and am planning on making 3-4 server like a twink,instant 70,instant 255, and blizzlike with highrate leveling so if any can contribute i would like it very much and will plus rep everyone that helps, thanks

to downgrade:

delete patch.mpq from your datafolder and run repair.exe

is there anything you can tell me how to make a server and i tried doing that but whenever i go to run wow it repatches? i would hope an emu expert could give me some good info?

dont run wow with launcher.exe but with wow.exe

open the realmlist.wtf with notepad and delete the line that says:
set patchlist xxxxxxx

that will avoid auto-updates.... for how to set up a server check the guides section

well thanks but those guides are really complicated to me and i was hoping for some personalized to what i was asking for but thanks for the help anyways

Tip, Download the Patches And keep them(From a Minor Site. tex, DownLoad.com), a dream if u wanna play live again (soon) or just swich.
And whireless aint that good if u going to make a Public server.
Aslong as ur Comp is a PC it will work.

Well, if you want a very easy to set up server I would recommend Ac-Web's VERY easy to set up repack. You are literally 4 clicks away from setting up a server.

Once you have a server running, I would search around for custom Databases (though i hardly see any databases that are above level 70). For twinking needs here is a very nice mall set up for just that :

To add the mall to your server download SQLyog and click execute batch query near the top and browse to the .sql file provided in the download.

thanks so much this helps alot and i will try this and if it doesnt work ill try another and ask questions and hopefully one of you or someone else will answer, thanks i think that is a really great idea but it wasnt one of my first goto things cause i have tried doing and asking questions when i got stuck and didnt work out well so didnt want to try again cause i was a little turned off from it!

i did everything said above and it still tries to patch itself
