    You can try Dominion WoW, but they have T7 in a custom version of Gruul's, and everything is free, and I'm not sure about scripted instances but you can try it if you want.

    I play dominion wow, and yea the instances are scripted

    dominionwow.net they have not upgraded to 2.4 yet so...

    It's an alright server and it's going 2.4 as i speak, they have all the stuff but they want to test it before they put it on there main realm, it's instant 90, nice layout and PvP, loads and loads of custom scripted instances, they even made northrend

    Anyway, thats what i like to muck around on

    SonicWoW is a new instant 70 with raid/pvp advantages that I know of..

    Their developer is currently trying to fix ally vs. ally and horde vs. horde arena which I personally think is awesome.
    Also ZA/Kara/BT/TK/SSC/Hyjal seem to be all scripted.
