How Do I Edit This Line To Make It Do What I Want??

Ok below is a line in a world announcer system someone said the below line is what i gotta edit to make it go from announceing in .announce format to .wannounce format .... and im wonder exactly what do i edit and what do i change it to

right now this below line is making it post in .announce so in your normal chat area ... i want .wannounce so its in ur top middle part of screen

sWorld.SendWorldText(display_str);

and he said exactly " You have to edit this line below "

sWorld.SendWorldText(display_str);

im editing it ...... got a error Error

1	error C2039: 'SendWorldWideText' : is not a member of 'World'                       63

and

i tried ctrl+space and it did nothing

.... btw my line needs to be this for the msg type i want to show near top middle of screen that shows for like 5 sec then disappears
