Looking for a partner to make a server with

I can do most stuff to make server such as make items quests, instance vendors etc.. It's a TON of work to do alone so I'm just looking for some help. I've already started the server its live useing ham so just post here or pm me if interested

i would love to help, im awsome at databases, making items, etc,
but some questions first..
1. would the server be dedicated, (up 24/7)
2. would it be blizzlike,funserver, or highrate
3. would i be able to have a gm acct and access to DB
