How to get auto attack timer ?

I need to read the auto attack timer in order to make more complex combat algorithm (for instance a retribution paladin that heals between each swing or use judgment after auto attacking...).

This is for 1.12.1.

Feels like it's for 1.13.x but I'm on vanilla, and I heard it's on the server side, but I am sure there is a way to read it on the client directly...

But when I use cheat engine I have 1 client with an adress (with an offset at each reset...) and the rest just don't have this adress, in fact they don't even carry this information, wtf

I can't find it anywhere I'm on 1.12.1. The only result I get is for more advanced versions of the game.
