Hi. I am trying to draw some overlays like wireframe in WoW world in WoW 8.3.0.
We have succesfully hooked DirextX's Present() method, got the required data and drawn them. However, the resulted overlay is obviously lacking depth.
So I attempted finding the original DepthStencil at their calls to ClearDepthStencilView(). However, it does not contain the required depth at this stage.
Has anybody succeeded finding the game's depth buffer when doing render hooks to these versions? And if so, what's the method to do so.
