Re-hosted hadesmem

I use Cypher's memory hacking library "hadesmem" in a lot of code, including some things I've released. A lot of people here have asked me where they can find it. There is a copy on bitbucket, but the submodules are broken.

With Cypher's permission, I have re-hosted hadesmem at GitHub - namreeb/hadesmem. I have fixed the submodules so the checkouts will work.

In the future I may go and add Github actions to my repositories which use it, or to this rehosted repo itself, to show how builds can be done with it. But please do not ask me for support with hadesmem.
