i just have 1 question, is there a way to know the target of enemies/allies spell while he is casting ?
for example if enemy has me as his target but casts @.focus or @.mouseover, there is no way to know that ??? (3.3.5)

Can definitely be done in lua, the combat event will have the spell target in it, idk if there's a direct API call to get the casting/channel target though.
The client is aware if this data for sure did to the requirement of this information to render many spell animations. There is no api exposed or event which tells you the lending spells intended target but it can be ready in memory.
