Retail 9.0.2 Overwatch-Dump-Fix failure

It has been invalid since the update to 9.0.2.

I don’t know if it’s because I updated windows10 20h2 or 9.0.2, so I want to ask if it can still be used normally? OR I think I will downgrade windows
