I use the object manager to traverse all visible objects, but how should I distinguish which objects are monsters or enemies?

You can reverse:

0x16B3960=Script_UnitReaction
0x16B3B40=Script_UnitIsEnemy
0x16B3CE0=Script_UnitIsFriend

and look at
