That isn't it. There was an instant (yet unstable) teleport that worked by this mechanic, but it's fixed now.

Lol. WoWplus is pennies compared to how much you can make in the private market with that. And stupid itl get patched if its public. Blizzard employees are competent enough to use wireshark and reverse software, and if their not blizzard has enough money to make it happen.
