Check the current Region of a person who is in the friendlist

Hello

I'll develope a tool which scans the current region of some players in my friendlist..
That should check it in a period of 1-2 seconds,.. I found something like sendWho,.. but you can't send it every second...

Someone a solution?

The sendWho becomes a option, when my friendlist is full.
Why I want to develope such sensless tool?^^ It should become a Snatch-Helper with an alertpopup...
So I don't need to stare at the friendlist.
