VB Help Please

Hi there first post on this forum but been following you guys for quite a bit already
im no new to VB but new to mem reading in vb
now my question would be i know about hex editing and offests but could some1 help me out telling me how come in VB adresses are written like this &HDC4E5C instead of beeing lets say 0x44FB02 how could i convert all my adress to VB types adresses or if any could tell me how " &HDC4E5C " this would be called thank you verry much for any help it would be appreciated and sorry for my poor english
