Question about general DMA and Offsets in Wow

Anyway before i write a long question and explain stuff ill try to make it short.

In GameHacking (now concerning WoW ) theres allways the basepointer + an Offset used to calculate the effective adress. But my question now is, why can we assume that this hardcoded adress stays the same. Logically it should be another one everytime WoW starts due to the fact that the program/task gets pretty probably another memoryspace ?

And i also wated to know if there was any up to date offset database in the net for wow ?

    Thank you in advance

    1. because it's still relative to the process memory region, else for example readprocessmemory wouldn't need a handle to the process

I once proposed such a database/xml file for everyone. But there is no such thing available for public.

    kk >.<

And a very last question ... many ppl say that MemoryWriting can be detected or is detected by Warden but many popular Bots do it, so, when is memory writing "dangerous" especially are there offsets that can be memorywritten without risking a ban ? ...
