Can't thigure it out why pointer always changes

Hi there.

So I found few interesting thing via changing memory such as XYZ coordinates, speed hack, fly hack e.t.c. In comon most of features that WEH has.

So I'm trying to make a pointers to this adress. Everything is OK on this step, pointer found, It's working like a charm. However, when I restart the game pointer works no more all the adresses are different.

I was trying to find next level pointer but this gave no result.

Can some one please explain to stupid, pathetic human with a basic knowelage of coding how to find the base pointer for whatever I want to change? So after a game restart it still would point to adress where my found values are.

Because most of the gamestuff isn't stored at memory statically reserved by the linker, dynamically allocated heap memory is used (C++ 'new', C 'malloc' etc).
