IDA Scripts

Just finished a collection of IDA scripts for WoW, figured why not release them.

Each of them are generic, and should work as far back as WoW 2.3.

Thanks, but I have a small question: which version of IDA is required to run the scripts? When I run the LabelCvars.idc one I get a few errors:

Compiling file 'Z:\media\int2\WoW Store\IDA\LabelCvars.idc'...
Executing function 'main'...
LabelCvars: [582AB8] Array registrations unsupported
LabelCvars: [582C26] Array registrations unsupported
LabelCvars: [582CC6] Array registrations unsupported
LabelCvars: [582D66] Array registrations unsupported

The version I have access to is IDA Pro 5.2 .

Kynox and I both use 5.5 so unless kynox wants to 'downgrade' the scripts I'm afraid you're probably out of luck.

For some reason, I think you just leech quite a bit. If you even bothered to open the IDC file, you'd see where those messages are coming from.

Precisely. These aren't for people to use and gaze 'awww, pretty!'. They're for people who actually.. you know; use them.

I just ordered IDA 5.5. Damn you.

OT: the ordering process was grueling. The guy asked me what company I work for (irrelevant, it's a personal purchase) and grilled me about why I gave a cell phone for contact info. Why the hell are they so paranoid? They got my half-a-g, what MORE do they want? Oy.

The scripts would work on any version :/

My bad, I though those messages came from IDA itself, so I didn't think to look inside the file itself (and my knowledge of IDA scripting is limited to searching patterns and spitting out a c++ header file).

Not sure, though, why you think I leach that much, since that was my first question on those forums Now, if you are equating lurking with leeching, I am quite a leecher; after all, thanks to this very forum, I went from knowing mostly Pascal & Fortran to writing and maintaining a mixed C++ & Lua radar/semi bot, and I can even update it by myself on patch days
