[help] How to find fly hack address for the wow alpha ?

Hi guys,

i´m looking for a fly hack for the very very old wow alpha.

I tried every memory address i could find in this forum but in most cases the values in the addresses were empty. Not really surprising since many things have been changed...

First of all I would like to know how ppl could find the address for fly mode for example. There are millions of possible addresses... i cannot believe they did by "try and error"

If here are some experts who could give me a quick guide to find out i would be really thankful, but the best way would be if someone has the alpha on his comp and could try himself :P

If it is almost impossible to find out it would be ok, too

Why dont you try the old WPE Method? Record yourself while walking, record yourself while swimming, get the Movement part and make a filter...

Just find your movement state and force on the swimming flag.

i logged swimming and running, but really don´t know what to do with the code now. it would be really great if you could give me some more information
