PQR Hpaladin Double Casting Holy Light

Hi, I'm using DarhangeR's holy paladin PQR on a private 3.3.5 server, and I have a problem with the program casting Holy Light on the same target twice, and the second one being completely overheal. I suspect it's because when the first Holy Light cast is almost done, and it's time to queue up the next spell, the program detects that the PQR_CustomTargetHP is still low, so it queues up another Holy Light on the same target, even though the first one was sufficient.

Is this just an unavoidable weakness of PQR healing, or has anyone found a way to fix this? Here is the code:
