Looking for a Tool

Well, I really do not know if it's a tool. All I can say about it is a program I've seen in mmowned like 3 years ago (maybe more?) Zooms in a region of the screen of a selected program, and was very helpful for BGS to prevent "cow" to see the pops queu and that sort of thing.

Do you mean a screen magnifier?

windows menu -> all programs -> accessories -> ease of use -> magnifier
(for win7)

Ye, i mean something like that, but i can be at firefox (for ex), have WoW minimized and the BG queu screen region selected to see if its pop or not. I think im not explaining it very well :S
