Looking for someone who can write simple HB plugin for me

As the tittle says, I'm looking for someone who could write simple HB plugin for me that works with current HB API.

the plugin has to: play .wave on someone saying char name in all of the chats (/bg, /party, /say , /yell etc) and also play the same .wave sound on whips

(basically alert plugin)

if someone need more info, example of similar code (for old API) or anything else - PM me or add me on Skype

That's not what I'm looking for (this app alerts only through website if I recall, I might be wrong thought but its not working for me right now anyways) + its way to complicated, I need something as light as possible, no additional features, no interface.

Yeah it has to be HB plugin (for few reasons I can't rly share - sorry for that, I hope it doesn't sound rude)
